Kristin J. Sederholm
Kristin J. Sederholm has practiced with Krekeler Strother, S.C. since 1992. Prior to obtaining her law degree in 1991, she gained experience as a case administrator for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee William A. Chatterton and as a bankruptcy assistant for Attorney J. David Krekeler. Her primary areas of practice are representing individuals and corporations in bankruptcy matters, and debtor-creditor rights and remedies. In addition to these areas of specialization, Ms. Sederholm also handles defense of foreclosure actions. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin.
