Briane F. Pagel has practiced with Krekeler Strother, S.C., since 2000; prior to that he was a sole practitioner. Mr. Pagel primarily practices consumer litigation with an emphasis on consumer regulation litigation and creditor-debtor law, including consumer fraud cases, warranty claims, debt collection defense and lawsuits, mortgage foreclosure defense, and banker/lender liability.

Mr. Pagel is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin and to the federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and has tried numerous cases to juries and judges around the state, as well as representing clients on appeal in Wisconsin and federal appellate courts.
